Getting Started
What is WavesAI Studio?
WavesAI Studio is an all-in-one AI content creation platform. Generate professional images, videos, avatars, logos, social media content, websites, and more — all from simple text prompts. No design skills or experience needed.
How do credits work?
Every AI tool costs a certain number of credits per use. Your plan includes monthly credits, and you can always buy more credit bundles from the Top Up Credits page. Credits are deducted at the time of generation.
What plans are available?
We offer Starter (£5/mo), Basic (£19/mo), Pro (£49/mo), Premium (£99/mo), and Lifetime Access (£69 one-time). Each plan includes monthly credits and access to all tools. Higher plans include website hosting and more credits.
Will my Lifetime Access plan renew automatically?
Yes! Your Lifetime Access plan includes 200 credits that are renewed every month automatically at no additional cost. All unused credits carry forward — nothing is ever lost.
AI Image Generation
How do I get the best image results?
Be specific about style (photorealistic, cartoon, watercolour), lighting (golden hour, studio), composition (close-up, wide angle), and mood. You can also use the AI Prompt Generator tool to create detailed, optimised prompts. The more detail you give, the better the result.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard uses Leonardo AI for fast, good-quality images at 5 credits each. Premium uses advanced models for ultra-detailed, photorealistic results at 8 credits each. Premium also supports reference image uploads for image editing and style transfer.
Can I generate multiple images at once?
Yes! You can generate 1, 2, 4, 6, or 8 images at once. Each image costs the same number of credits. Generating multiple images gives you more options to choose from.
Can I share images to social media?
Yes! Each generated image has share buttons for Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and more. You can also generate AI captions using the "Get AI Caption" button. Some social platforms may restrict direct sharing — in that case, download and upload manually.
AI Video Creation
Why doesn't my AI video match my prompt exactly?
AI video generation is creative and non-deterministic — results will vary each time. The best way to get accurate results is to write extremely detailed prompts with subject positioning, camera angles, movement, lighting, mood, and what should NOT appear. Use the AI Prompt Generator tool for help crafting better prompts.
Do AI-generated videos include sound?
Videos from the Video Ad Maker are visual only. To add audio, use Text to Speech for voiceovers, Sound Effects for background music, and the Video Editor to combine everything. Talking Pet videos include AI lip-sync speech.
How long does video generation take?
AI video generation typically takes 1-3 minutes depending on complexity. You'll see a progress indicator while the AI creates your video.
Can I share AI videos to social media?
Videos need to be downloaded first, then uploaded to your preferred social platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Use the "Get AI Caption" button to generate ready-to-use social media captions.
AI Website Builder
How does the website builder work?
Describe your business and the AI generates a complete, professional website. You can choose a landing page or multi-page site. The AI creates the design, layout, copy, and styling automatically.
How do I request website changes?
On the AI Website Builder page, scroll to the "Request Website Changes" section. Select your website, describe the changes you want, optionally upload a reference image, and submit. Credits are deducted based on your plan: Premium gets unlimited free changes, Pro costs 5 credits, and other plans cost 10 credits per change.
What is included in website hosting?
Basic plan and above include 1 website with hosting. Your website is hosted on our servers with SSL, fast loading, and regular backups. Lifetime Access includes 1 website with hosting.
Avatars & UGC
What is the difference between Avatar Creator, UGC Ad Creator, and Twin AI?
These are three different tools, each designed for a different purpose:
Avatar Creator (25 credits) — Professional talking head videos for presentations, explainers, and corporate content. Choose from a library of professional avatars, write your script, pick a voice, and set a background colour or image. Best for: business presentations, training videos, customer support videos.
UGC Ad Creator (25 credits) — User-generated content style video ads designed for social media marketing. Includes everything Avatar Creator has PLUS: motion prompts (avatar gestures like holding products, pointing), product image upload, emotion control (Excited, Friendly, Serious), and default 9:16 portrait format. Best for: product promotions, testimonials, TikTok/Instagram/Reels ads.
Twin AI (25 credits) — Upload YOUR own photo and create a digital twin of yourself that speaks any script. Great for personal branding and content where you want YOUR face but don't want to film yourself.
Can my UGC avatar walk around or do full-body movements?
UGC avatars are powered by HeyGen and support upper body gestures via motion prompts — like holding products, pointing, nodding, and hand gestures. Full-body walking or running is not currently supported by the avatar technology. For full-body movement videos, use the Video Ad Maker tool which uses AI video generation (Kling AI) to create complete video scenes from text prompts, including people walking, running, and interacting.
Tips for the best Talking Pet results
Use a clear, front-facing photo where your pet's face (especially the mouth) is clearly visible. Avoid blurry or side-angle photos. Keep the text short and simple for better lip-sync quality. Results vary between attempts — try generating again if you're not happy.
Billing & Credits
How do I buy more credits?
Visit the Top Up Credits page (in the menu) or click "Top Up Credits" in the header. Credit bundles range from 100 credits (£9) to 5,000 credits (£149). The more you buy, the cheaper per credit.
How long are my generated items saved?
Generated images, videos, and audio files are saved on your dashboard for 7 days. After 7 days, they are automatically removed. Please download items you want to keep permanently before the 7-day period ends.
Can I get a refund on credits?
Credits are consumed at the time of AI generation as processing resources are used regardless of output quality. If a generation fails or times out, credits are automatically refunded. We cannot refund credits for completed generations.
Can I remove or edit the WavesAI branding when sharing?
Yes! When sharing content, the caption includes "Created with WavesAI Studio" by default. You can tap the caption text to edit it — change the wording, remove the mention, or write your own caption entirely before sharing.

What is the SEO Blog Writer?
The SEO Blog Writer creates fully optimised articles that rank on Google and appear in ChatGPT responses. It handles keyword research, content writing, meta descriptions, and internal linking automatically.
What is Embedded SEO?
Embedded SEO connects directly to your WordPress website via our SEO Connector plugin. It writes, optimises, and publishes SEO articles to your blog automatically — no manual work needed.
